Description:	Craignure is a 9 hole, links course originally laid out in 1895 around the estuary of the Scallastle River that flows into the Sound of Mull. Falling into disuse during the Second World War the course was completely rebuilt in 1978 -79. Continual improvements since have made it one of the more interesting and demanding courses in Argyll - a test for all categories of golfer. You can choose to play from either the front or tiger tees. Visitors are always welcome but please consult our fixture list for very rare club match days. The clubhouse, with limited washing facilities, is open from dawn to dusk during the long summer months and in June, for example, golf often continues until after 1100 pm.
